Amanda Huggett's interview with Gary Platt at G2E 2010
G2E attendees saw Gary Platt chairs all over the place, at various vendors booths and of course at the Gary Platt booth. The company showed off more designer chairs this year, meant for high limit areas. Bob Yabroff, president, said the other big news from the company this year is Gary Platt’s retirement. Yabroff said, “He just became a grandfather for the first time, so he’s got a grandchild named Lily. I know we should be talking about chairs, but this is a Gary day.” Platt says his next job is going to be “Chief Babysitter.” Watch this video to hear more about Platt’s feelings on retirement.
