The PENTA Building Group Announces Completion of Sugar Factory and Chateau Nightclub at Paris Hotel Casino

The PENTA Building Group recently announced the firm has completed work on the new Sugar Factory American Brasserie and Chateau Nightclub and Gardens at the Paris Hotel Casino on Las Vegas Blvd. PENTA served as the general contractor during construction of the 40,000 square-foot retail store, ice cream bar, restaurant, chocolate lounge and nightclub space. The project was completed in ten months and included demolition to the existing fountain and Ah-Sin restaurant in front of the Paris Hotel Casino. Construction included a new structural steel frame with slab-on grade and metal deck, EIFS and glass store front walls, with pre-cast columns and glass wind screens.
The project features seven bars, including an ice cream bar inside the Sugar Factory retail store, a restaurant bar, a chocolate lounge, a casino bar, two bars inside Chateau Nightclub and an upstairs terrace bar. The chocolate lounge is a first of its kind on the strip and features chocolates from around the world. The Sugar Factory retail store and restaurant are both open to the public 24/7.
The Chateau nightclub has two backlit Monet glass walls with digital art images and a glass elevator that takes patrons from the ground level on Las Vegas Blvd. up to the club. Once upstairs, guests can relax in custom cabanas and Brazilian Kamaru wood furniture while overlooking the Bellagio fountains and the Las Vegas Strip.
